Bob Rosenblatt , , , Chief Executive Officer

Robert (Bob) J. Rosenblatt joined the Company in June 2014 as Chairman of the Board. In February 2016, he was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer and permanent Chief Executive Officer on August 18, 2016. Previously, Mr. Rosenblatt served as Chief Executive Officer of Rosenblatt Consulting, LLC, a private company he formed in 2006, which specializes in helping investment firms determine value in both public and private consumer companies as well as helping retail firms bring their product to market. From 2012 to 2013, Mr. Rosenblatt served as the interim President of ideeli Inc., a members-only e-retailer that sells women's fashion and décor items during limited-time sales. From 2004 to 2006, he was Group President and Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Hilfiger Corp. (then a public company), a worldwide apparel and retail company. He co-managed the process that culminated in the successful sale of Tommy Hilfiger Corp. to Apax Partners in 2006. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Rosenblatt was an executive at HSN, Inc., a multi-channel retailer and television network specializing in home shopping. He served as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 1999, Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2001 and President from 2001 to 2004. Previously, from 1983 to 1996, he was an executive at Bloomingdale's, an upscale chain of department stores owned by Macy's Inc., and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Stores. He currently serves on the board of RetailNext, a provider of technology and analytics solutions to the retail industry. Mr. Rosenblatt also served on the Board of Directors of Newgistics, Inc., I.Predictus, debShops, PepBoys and the Electronic Retailing Association, and was an adjunct professor at Fashion Institute of Technology where he taught entrepreneurial studies. Mr. Rosenblatt holds a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College. Mr. Rosenblatt provides the Board with substantial home shopping and retail perspectives from his time at HSN and Bloomingdales. In addition, his prior executive management and board experiences of publicly-held companies provides the Board with public company accounting and financial reporting expertise, operational expertise and a top-level perspective in organizational management.

Diana Purcel , , , Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Diana Purcel joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. Prior to Evine, Ms. Purcel was the CFO of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants, a privately-held/private equity sponsored, restaurant concept based in Chicago, Illinois. Before that she spent over ten years as the CFO of Famous Dave’s of America, Inc., a publicly held restaurant company and franchisor based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Her other experience includes CFO of Paper Warehouse, Inc., formerly a publicly held party-goods retailer and franchisor, and key roles at Damark International, Inc. and Target Corporation. Ms. Purcel began her career with Arthur Andersen & Co., has a BSM in Accounting from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA, and is a CPA.

Nicole Ostoya , , , Managing Director of Brand Development

Nicole Ostoya joined the Company as Interim Chief Marketing Officer in March 2016, and was later named Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer in April 2016. Most recently, Ms. Ostoya served as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for BOLDFACE Licensing + Branding where she launched several companies, including beauty brands The New Black and Kissing Elixirs. Previously, she was the Director of Business Development for Benefit Cosmetics at LVMH, where she successfully launched Benefit Cosmetics on QVC, helping bring the brand to life on television. Ms. Ostoya started her retail career at Nordstrom where she held several buying and merchandising positions, as well as holding the position of Full Line Store Manager for several of their larger stores.

Mark Locks , , , Executive Vice President of Product Sourcing and Business Development

Mark Locks joined the company as Executive Vice President of Product Sourcing and Business Development in March 2018. Previously, Mr. Locks served as President of Global Operations for Tiger J, LLC, a manufacturing company that produces chic, fashion-forward clothing and accessories for consumers both domestically and internationally. While at Tiger J, Mr. Locks was the driving force for the development of many celebrity brands in the video retail business including Serena Williams, Giuliana Rancic, Lisa Rinna, Vanessa Williams, Nicole Richie, Queen Latifah, among others, and is regarded as a strong and reputable leader within the industry. In addition, he lives by the philosophy that “it’s not what you achieve in life, but what you give back,” and has held a corporate chair on the Rita Hayworth Gala since 2005 in honor of his mother and aunt, most recently as an Ambassador.

Michael Henry , , , Senior Vice President & Chief Merchandising Officer

Michael A Henry joined the company as Chief Merchandising Officer in May 2016. Most recently, Mr. Henry was the Chief Merchandising Officer for Eastern Home Shopping, Taiwan. Previous to that time, Mr. Henry held positions with QVC Italy as the Director of Merchandising, Planning and Programming and HSN where he was a Senior Vice President of Merchandising. Prior to his experience in the home shopping industry he spent several years in the Beauty industry holding key leadership positions in Sales and Marketing, including Vice President of Lancome and Marketing and Executive Director of Marketing and Creative at Yves Saint Laurent Beauty. He began his career as an executive for Sakes Fifth Avenue. Mr. Henry holds a MBA in Marketing from Columbia University and a B.S. at Georgetown University.

Lori Riley , , , Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Lori Riley joined the Company as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for Human Resources, Facilities and Loss Prevention in December 2016. Most recently, Ms. Riley served as Vice President Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group where she was responsible for Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Global HR Shared Services, Human Capital Investment Strategy, Analytics, Reporting and Systems, and Payroll. Previous to that, she spent 15 years at Target Corporation in numerous Human Resource and Technology positions, including Human Resources Manager, Director of Compensation, Human Resources Director, Vice President Human Resources Operations, and Vice President Target Technology Services. Ms. Riley serves as an advisory group member of Pacer Center and sits on the foundation board of Fraser Community Services, helping children and families with special-needs. She is also a member of the board of directors for Capella University. She has a MBA and a MS, Education from Northern Illinois University.

Andrea Fike , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Andrea Fike joined the company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in June 2017. Most recently, Ms. Fike served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Regency Corporation where she was responsible for management of the Legal and Compliance, Field Operations, and Human Resources functions. Previous to that, she spent nine years at FICO, a leading analytics software company where she was responsible for oversight of the Legal Department and was the P&L Leader for the Fraud Group and the Consumer Group. Ms. Fike also spent 10 years at Faegre & Benson LLP, where, as a partner, her work primarily focused on financial institutions regulatory law. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School and a B.A in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
