Bob Rosenblatt , , , Chief Executive Officer

Robert Rosenblatt joined the Company in June 2014 as Chairman of the Board. In February 2016, he was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Rosenblatt served as Chief Executive Officer of Rosenblatt Consulting, LLC, a private company he formed in 2006, which specializes in helping investment firms determine value in both public and private consumer companies as well as helping retail firms bring their product to market. From 2012 to 2013, Mr. Rosenblatt served as the interim President of ideeli Inc., a members-only e-retailer that sells women's fashion and décor items during limited-time sales. From 2004 to 2006, he was Group President and Chief Operating Officer of Tommy Hilfiger Corp., a worldwide apparel and retail company. He co-managed the process that culminated in the successful sale of Tommy Hilfiger Corp. to Apax Partners in 2006. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Rosenblatt was an executive at HSN, Inc., a multi-channel retailer and television network specializing in home shopping. He served as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 1999, Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2001 and President from 2001 to 2004. Previously, from 1983 to 1996, he was an executive at Bloomingdale's, an upscale chain of department stores owned by Macy's Inc., and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Stores. He has been and is currently serving on several public and private boards in the retail and technology industry including Newgistics, Inc., RetailNext, debShops, PepBoys (NYSE: PBY) and I.Predictus. Bob also served on the Board of Directors of the Electronic Retailing Association. Mr. Rosenblatt holds a BS in Accounting from of Brooklyn College.

Tim Peterman , , , Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Timothy A. Peterman joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in March 2015. Most recently, Mr. Peterman served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for The J. Peterman Company, an ecommerce apparel brand since 2011 until he joined the Company in March 2015. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Synacor, a media technology company. Previously, Mr. Peterman served almost six years at The E.W. Scripps Company in various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. From 1999 to 2002, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of IAC’s broadcasting and cable divisions, which included USA Network & Sci-Fi Channel. Mr. Peterman also spent almost six years in senior financial roles at Tribune Company. Mr. Peterman began his career at KPMG in Chicago in 1989. Mr. Peterman holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a CPA.

Nicole Ostoya , , , Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Nicole Ostoya joined the Company as Interim Chief Marketing Officer in March 2016, and was later named Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer in April 2016. Most recently, Ms. Ostoya served as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for BOLDFACE Licensing + Branding where she launched several companies, including beauty brands The New Black and Kissing Elixirs. Previously, she was the Director of Business Development for Benefit Cosmetics at LVMH, where she successfully launched Benefit Cosmetics on QVC, helping bring the brand to life on television. Ms. Ostoya started her retail career at Nordstrom where she held several buying and merchandising positions, as well as holding the position of Full Line Store Manager for several of their larger stores.

Michael Henry , , , Senior Vice President & Chief Merchandising Officer

Michael A Henry joined the company as Chief Merchandising Officer in May 2016. Most recently, Mr. Henry was the Chief Merchandising Officer for Eastern Home Shopping, Taiwan. Previous to that time, Mr. Henry held positions with QVC Italy as the Director of Merchandising, Planning and Programming and HSN where he was a Senior Vice President of Merchandising. Prior to his experience in the home shopping industry he spent several years in the Beauty industry holding key leadership positions in Sales and Marketing, including Vice President of Lancome and Marketing and Executive Director of Marketing and Creative at Yves Saint Laurent Beauty. He began his career as an executive for Sakes Fifth Avenue. Mr. Henry holds a MBA in Marketing from Columbia University and a B.S. at Georgetown University.

Damon Schramm , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Damon E. Schramm was hired as Associate General Counsel in September 2015, and served in that capacity until he was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in February 2016. Most recently, Mr. Schramm served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Lakes Entertainment, a publicly traded casino gaming company, from 2005 until he joined the Company in September 2015. Previously, he has served as a Partner at the law firm Gray Plant Mooty. He has also held board seats with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Animal Humane Society, among others. Mr. Schramm holds a BA from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law.

Nicholas Vassallo , , , Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller

Nicholas J. Vassallo has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2000, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in October 2015. He first joined the Company as director of financial reporting in October 1996. Mr. Vassallo was named corporate controller in 1999 and the following year was promoted to vice president. Prior to joining the Company, he served as corporate controller for Fourth Shift Corporation, a software development company. Mr. Vassallo began his career with Arthur Anderson, LLP where he spent eight years in their audit practice group. Mr. Vassallo is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Saint John's University in New York.

Karsten Amlie , , , Vice President, Content Distribution

Karsten Amlie joined the Company as Vice President, Content Distribution in January, 2013 after serving as a consultant to the Company on video distribution matters since 2009. He is a former programming executive at Time Warner Cable and media consultant for companies ranging from Comcast Cable to Universal Sports Network to TV Azteca. Previously, Mr. Amlie served as Associate General Counsel and President, PAX Internet at Ion Media Networks (formerly Paxson Communications Corporation) from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Amlie is a board-certified communications lawyer licensed in Florida. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and the University of Florida School of Law.

Sunil Verma , , , Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer

Sunil Verma joined Evine as Chief Digital Officer responsible for ecommerce and technology in August 2016. For the past twenty years Sunil has served in technology and ecommerce roles with pure play ecommerce operators, multi-channel retailers and financial services companies. Most recently he worked as a digital consulting partner to Eastern Mountain Sports, Eileen Fisher, Evine Live and ChalkTalk Sports. Prior to that Mr. Verma served as the Chief Information Officer for Vineyard Vines, a specialty apparel brand founded in Martha’s Vineyard where he helped drive the retailers mobile and customer analytics strategy. Previously, Mr. Verma has held leadership roles with Ideeli, The Children’s Place and Macy’s Homestore. Mr. Verma serves on the board of CIOs Without Borders, a global philanthropic organization dedicated to using technology to reduce the incidence of preventable disease. He co-founded and sits on the board of a local print newspaper, The Hudson Independent. He has a BA from Bombay University and a doctorate in Economics from the New School for Social Research.

Lori Riley , , , Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Lori Riley joined the Company as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for Human Resources, Facilities and Loss Prevention in December 2016. Most recently, Ms. Riley served as Vice President Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group where she was responsible for Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Global HR Shared Services, Human Capital Investment Strategy, Analytics, Reporting and Systems, and Payroll. Previous to that, she spent 15 years at Target Corporation in numerous Human Resource and Technology positions, including Human Resources Manager, Director of Compensation, Human Resources Director, Vice President Human Resources Operations, and Vice President Target Technology Services. Ms. Riley serves as an advisory group member of Pacer Center and sits on the foundation board of Fraser Community Services, helping children and families with special-needs. She is also a member of the board of directors for Capella University. She has a MBA and a MS, Education from Northern Illinois University.
